DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Please provide your
contacts details including your email
address and tape these details on
the bottom of the console including a brief summary of the PS2 fault
2.
Please
ensure you bubble wrap the
console at least 2cm thick and place
the item in a cardboard postage box and mark
the package as Fragile. Please also include your address
details on the packaged item.
3.
We do not require any power cords, AV plugs or the
controllers and have special testing equipment to check all the
connection points. Power cords are only required if you have a power
related fault.
4.
Please allow for 7 to 10
business days on turnaround time for the postage and PS2 service
time when using the Australia Post service. The turnaround time may
take longer depending on the extent of the fault and any additional
parts required to be ordered from our suppliers.
AUSTRALIA POST CHARGES
Products are shipped once the payment is cleared. For
Direct Deposit it may take up to two working days to clear your funds. For
Credit Cards the delay is one day. We use Australia Post Overnight Express or
Similar Express Courier. You will receive goods next day in area after your
payment been confirmed.
The rate is base on weight:
0.01kg to 0.50kg -------- $10.00;
0.51kg to 3.00kg -------- $15.00;
You can contact us if you require insurance or other
shipping arrangements.
For overseas customer please contact us on a quote on
your shipping and handling charges.
DELIVERY OPTIONS TO OUR WORKSHOP
1.
Using the Australia postage service
Please ensure the console is bubble wrapped,
boxed and fragile placed on the packaged item.
Australia Wide postage usually costs around $8.00 to
$15.00, depending on the weight.

RETURNS
All items returned to Online Electronics relating to
repair or exchange and the return of unwanted items must be made according the
following procedure and using a RMA or return merchandise authorization number.
You can contact us to apply for a RMA number. A RMA
number is valid for 14 days only and may not be used at a later date.
All RMA deliveries need to contain a proof of purchase
such as an invoice.
For warranty repair please include a description of the
malfunction. We don't accept any physical damaged goods for warranty.
The delivery to us must be complete with cables all
manuals and be in the original packaging.
Functioning but unwanted item returns may attract a
restocking fee of up to 30 percent. The cost of shipping is at the charge of the
customer in this case.
